The original copy got to the point. Often companies talk when they should be listening. While it may be quicker to immediately establish what information may be needed to find a solution, taking a step back and listening to the user humanizes their experience over the desire for swifter resolve.

Financial transactions don't feel like the right moment to add humor. Users feel more secure knowing the task is done.

The original CTA didn't do what it said it would. A quick update remedied this error. "View Price Estimate" informs users what would happen next. Copy such as "Get Quote" historically has meant users would need to wait for information (via email) to be sent to them.
